Magnet Systems Inc. is a stealth mode enterprise software company looking for top engineering talent in areas of social, mobile and cloud based technologies.
We are looking for a ‘Mobile Expert’ to help drive Magnet’s platform design and development.
Job Description:
Collaborate with architects and marketing to define software architecture
Study application and kernel activities from the perspectives of multi-core concurrency, quality of service, and power management on Android and iOS
Conduct performance modeling and analysis in multiple verification environments (C model, RTL, emulation) with multiple parties
Requirements:
Expert level understanding of either (preferably both):
- iOS with a minimum of 3 years of experience with Objective- C, Cocoa Touch and iOS Development.
- Android with minimum of 3 years of experience with Java, OpenGL and Android SDK framework.
Thorough understanding of Android or iOS and enterprise mobile application integration
Experience in latest mobile web technologies
Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems and mobile technologies
Experience with enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
Experience with Objective-C, Java, .NET
Experience building large scale, high performance transaction processing applications
Strong Java or C++ skills in Unix/Linux environment
Experience with Enterprise Integration tools
Experience building robust device based services or background tasks that minimally impact battery life.
Experience targeting multiple type of devices and SDK versions with a single app.
Programming with the MVC pattern in a modern mobile application framework.
Designing and implementing object oriented wrappers for REST-style APIs.
Must have shipped mobile applications, preferably in both Apple App Store and Google Play Store
